We want getting your Quiet North order to be simple.

Order Processing

Quiet North products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our fulfillment partners for production and shipping.

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Production times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method available for your order. Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email when available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, products in the same order may be produced or shipped from different facilities. If this happens, your order may arrive in more than one package.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

Please include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, a photo showing the issue.
